Do your weekend tickets include camping?
No, Camping and campervan pitches must be booked in advance directly with Carney Pools.

Can I bring a caravan, campervan or trailer tent?
Yes, towed caravans and live-in vehicles are permitted on the campsite, for those with a valid pitch pass.

Does my ticket include parking?
Yes, your ticket does include parking, you will not need to purchase parking on top of your event ticket.

Will you be selling tickets on the day?
No, Rotation is a strictly ticketed event and no tickets will be available to purchase on the door.

When does the event open and close?
The gates will open on Friday 19th July 2024 at 1pm and we politely request that you leave the site by Midnight on Sunday 21st July 2024.

Can I camp before the event starts and after it finishes?
Yes, providing you have booked and paid for with Carney Pools. You can of course leave the site whenever you want to explore local attractions.

I can’t come any more - can you issue a refund?
As per our ticket providers Terms & Conditions, we cannot issue refunds. If you wish to sell your ticket to someone else, we advise you contact us nearer the event, as we may have a waiting list in place.

I bought tickets for my friends, but I’m arriving after them. How do they collect them?
If you have booked multiple tickets, but are arriving separately, it is up to you to distribute the tickets among your party, so that they can present at the entrance.

I have mobility problems, how far is the main event activity from the campsite?
Rotation Garden Party is a small, friendly and intimate event, and compared to a large festival everything is really close together. It is a maximum of 200 metres from the campsite into the main festival area. Please note that the vast majority of the site is grassy and level, but there are no designated wheelchair walkways.

Can we bring our own food and drink?
We allow alcohol to be brought in to the camping area, but you will not be allowed to take your own alcohol into the main festival site. You are welcome to bring your own picnic, but we do recommend you try some of the delicious street food our vendors have on offer. Strictly NO glass can be brought into the event area.

Is there a shop on site?
Carneys Shop sells snacks, chilled and hot drinks and basic camping provisions, but does not sell cigarettes. The nearest shop is Londis at Colwich Petrol Station, 0.9 miles away. There is also a Tesco Superstore in Rugeley, which is 3.7 miles away.

Will the bar and traders take cash and card?
Yes, all our bars and traders will be accepting both cash and card. Please note there isn’t a cash machine on-site.
