Arriving by car

Access to the site is via Bishton Lane which is accessed from the A51 at Wolseley Bridge, between Rugeley and Weston and about 8 miles from Stafford. Sat Nav postcode for the site is ST18 0XE, follow the signs in the lane as some sat navs take you to the wrong destination.

Vehicles/Driving – There is a 5mph speed limit in place. Strictly no drink driving; drink driving laws apply on site.

Parking – Free parking is provided for Rotation guests.

Arriving by train

Rugeley Trent Valley is the nearest station to Carney Pools, 3.4 miles away. If you are travelling from the north west, board the Avanti West Coast mainline and change at Stafford, joining the West Midlands Trains Railway. If you are travelling from the north east, board the Cross County line to Tamworth, to join the West Midlands Trains Railway to Rugeley Trent Valley. If you are travelling from the south, West Midlands Trains Railway runs a direct service from London Euston to Rugeley Trent Valley.

Staying off-site

For guest staying in local hotels or B&Bs, please make travel arrangements in advance. Local taxi firms will only drop-off and collect from Carney Pools if booked and paid for in advance. Due to the rural location of Carney Pools, no cabs will be waiting at the end of each night.
